Our Services

01

Evacuation Diagrams

Evacuation diagrams are essential for guiding occupants to safety during an emergency. Our diagrams are tailored to your building layout and created in accordance with Australian Standards (AS 3745:2010) and relevant state requirements.

02

Fire Block Plans

Fire block plans provide firefighters with a clear overview of your fire safety systems, helping them respond quickly and effectively during an incident. These plans are typically installed near fire indicator panels, hydrant boosters, pump rooms, and sprinkler control valves.

03

Fire System Matrix

EVAQ-U provides professional Fire System Cause and Effect Matrix's.

A Matrix is an essential document that defines how a building's fire detection  system operates in a building fire alarm scenario.

Our Process

01

Initial Consultation & Quotation

Provide us with your building details, existing floor plans and project requirements. We'll review the information and provide a competitive, obligation-free quotation outlining the scope of work.

At EVAQ-U, we make the preparation of evacuation diagrams and fire block plans straightforward, from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of completed drawings. Our streamlined process ensures each drawing is accurate, clearly presented and tailored to your building's requirements.

02

Site Survey & Assessment

Where required, our team will conduct an onsite survey to verify building layouts, identify emergency exits, evacuation routes, fire safety equipment and other relevant features.

For fire block plans, we review the relevant fire protection systems and available documentation to establish the information required for the drawings.

03

Drafting & Design

Our drafting team prepares clear, professional evacuation diagrams or fire block plans using the information gathered.

Drawings are developed with consideration of relevant Australian Standards and building requirements.

04

Delivery

Once approved, your completed drawings are supplied in high-resolution PDF format, ready for printing and installation.
